Sematco maintains a climate controlled production facility and operates 16 CNC machines; 3 Vertical Mills, 3 Horizontal Mills and 9 Lathes including a Doosan VTL850. We have full CNC machining capabilities including 4 axis milling. One CNC lathe is equipped with 48 inch bar feeder and can handle up to 2.90 diameter thru the spindle. The milling capacity is 40.00 inch X axis by 21.00 inch Y axis. The Sematco production shop includes Mori Seiki, Mazak and Doosan CNC equipment. We are a full service shop specializing in mid to high run production machining, which is accompanied by a Quality Control program that promotes the highest standards in the industry.
